Cancellation Policy
In the case that you no-show (a 5 minute late grace period is allowed) or your appointment is not cancelled by you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price. We kindly ask you to provide us with a *minimum 48 hour* cancellation notice by texting (810)230-4446. Email cancellations do not comply with our policy.
