Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show (a 5-minute grace period is allowed) or if your appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, 50% of the service price will be charged. Any deposits required to book are non-refundable. We kindly ask that all cancellations be made by text message only to (810) 230-4446 with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Email cancellations do not comply with our policy.
